[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was taken on our way to Arthur's pass from Christchurch. We took a side trip down the river from the highway and saw some spectacular views of this unspoiled part of New Zealand.

The sign leads to a one lane bridge, a predominant infrastructure in the South Island.

In PP, I darkened the picture a bit leaving the sign as is to make for more dramatic image.

Nicely composed Pierre... Good wide angle...

To be honest though i don't think the picture needed darkening as I think the signs would stand out brightly enough anyway..

Hi Pierre
The first thing that attracted me to this shot was the richness of the colours, then the snow capped mountains and then the roadsigns. Blended together, this shot works really well for you.
