Silhouette

I was sitting at the dinner table with Logan while he ate ice cream one day. The light changed, so I got camera out. I liked how he was silhouetted..this was the last photo I took.
Although the silhouette was not complete, I did the rest in photoscape. I changed to B&W, added contrast, then in photofiltre I cloned out light parts not needed in the BG.
It is a little soft, but that is how I wanted it to look.
Thanks for viewing

Hi Tracey,
As said on PC; a wonderful low key portrait. Excellent contrast. You didn't lost the important details. Great posting.

Hi Tracey
Good shot of Logan. I do like the dark tone, and how we can only see the left side of the image.
Well captured
Janice
Hi Tracey,
I really like what you have achieved here, something really eye catching and different, with good tonal range.
This sort of image relies on the viewers ability to 'see' what is not there, ie Logans ear, back of his head and left shoulder.
I feel you have too much negative space behind and below him, and not quite enough in front.
I have done a WS which addresses those points.
I hope you don't mind, this is only my opinion.
Pete.
indeed it's soft but it looks good
good proportions and interesting study on darkness
