The blurriness from the 1/4" speed is quite noticeable, but as Muhammed has pointed out it's a good idea and a pleasing composition..
The grain - as separate from the blur - makes for a nice effect, combined with the sepia.

Great capture!
You did remarkably well for a 1/4 second exposure - it's pretty sharp! The grain comes from the ISO400 but it's not too bad considering.
The composition - and the negative space created by the sheets - works very well, and you've done a nice job with the drop-shadow framing too.

The grain isn't a problem at all for me. It creates a fine mood, as if it was a vintyage picture. Like the soft tone and crop. A fine posting Tracey!
