Something different for me, never tried this before but thought I would give this ago.
Sat an old CD on kitchen table, using window light for the lighting/rainbow effect.
Using eye dropper dropped 3 bubbles onto CD.
Set camera to macro.
Had to clone out some black dots, but decided to leave in the scratches as they seemed fitting for the old CD.

Hello Tracey,
The kaleidoscope of colors is most attractive. Leaving the bottom right corner dark emphasizes the arc of the CD, the three drops are well defined. A successful macro work. Greetings!

Bold colour, well done. I've never managed to get this idea as bright and well composed as this - nice work..

Great work Tracey!! I love the intense colors this process makes! Nice details, I like your cropping also. Maybe someday I will try it!

Hi Tracey,
Very creative idea, quite psychedelic! :). I might have to try this for myself sometime, the thought never crossed my mind. The colours from the CD really come ablaze from the natural light, I like the way you've cropped it too. Wouldn't be the same without the water droplets - clever thinking.

TFS,
Scott.

Nice experiment Tracey, the colours and droplets are very eyecatching from the thumbnail.
I quite like the presence of scratches on the CD's surface, they add a touch of reality to the otherwise surrealness of the image.
Great work
