This old Ford resides under a lean-to at the back of the Cardrona Speights Ale House just north of Queenstown.
Under the layers of dust, is a rust free, and seems to be complete, albeit in need of some TLC...and a wad of cash.
Originally shot in colour, but I felt it looked much better in monochrome. |

Hi, Peter -
It's a great shot. I like the tight crop that shows just enough of the worn wooden slats of the lean-to. The details of the car are nice and sharp. I like your choice of b&w, although I'm curious to see a color version; maybe you will post one someday? Well done. By the way, good luck finding parts for this car.
Hi Peter,
Very good bw,good contrast,nice composition.
Best regards,
Ralf

A little spit and polish and it'll be just like new. . . SOON!
You've managed the shot ok - it sure can't have been easy to capture.

Hi Pete,
I dropped into the Cardrona hotel for pint a couple of weeks ago and have a similar shot - the B&W works well
