The whole oamaru series were taken in the space of about 2 hours between 6am and 8am, then my card ran out of room.
This the most glorious moment, the sun coming up over the horizon. My favourite part.

Great shot Nathan. I love sunrise photos, and this one is so good. The horizon is nice and straight, and the colours are gorgeous. The composition fits perfectly in the rule of thirds. Nice work, and such a lovely view.
