Hi Nina

It could be a mushroom.

Serge

Hi Nina,
very nice shot, good texture and DOF. Colours aren't bad either mate!!!
For what it is, I can't really make my mind betwee two thing. My first idea would be a part of a pumpkin of some sort shot from the top. The other suggestion I have is a mushroom shot from bellow. Anywhere close?

PS: this has been added later: is it a seaweed?

Hi Nina, is it a truffle? I don't really know, only guessing...
Looks like some sort of fungi.
And what it's sitting on is some material!!
Berkut says seaweed - yes, a possability...
Who's hot?
Janice

Looks like the end of a piece of seaweed to me.

Hello Nina, looks like a pumpkin to me, anyway I like your picture. Very artistic but made with a great technique.
