[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This Air New Zealand Q300 is bringing fifty more tourists into Queenstown, the adventure capital of NZ.
Wheels down and locked, some landing flap deployed, the aircraft heads down the valley to land at the airport just under the right wing.
I'd better own up...the aircraft was taxiing onto the runway at Christchurch, and the shot of Queenstown from the road from Wanaka to Arrowtown.

Pete, I have to always double check your images now - your PP work is good!! Too good, as you nearly fooled me here...
The pic on its own without the invading plane is one worth posting too,
Janice

Well pete this is an amazing picture!!!!! Would be cool to take this instead of faking it ;)
But then your pp work is just great.
Cheers mate
David

I find this a fantastic shot, but how close can you get to shoot an aircraft at this range, except from another aircraft? TFS

Great image my friend! Bravo!!

Your PP work is superb! I was going to ask how close behind him you were following to get this capture because it would have put you in the prop wash for sure!
Outstanding posting

Hi Peter,
This is superb PP_work my friend, it even looks real, except for the flap position which is not the landing position (or he has lowered his landing gear to early :-)
Well anyway a supeb view, hope to have such a flight next year when I visit New Zealand.
Kia ora!

Great work Pete, good positioning of the plane in the frame and well done on the props.
cheers
Jack

Lovely view Pete and excellent PP work. The colours superb with good detail. Now if only these larger prop jobs flew into Blenheim from Wellington instead of the 22 seaters my flight may have been more comfortable. TFS,
Dave
