Hi Jack,
Wow! This is a great location! And quite a lovely shot. The photo would have been perfect if perhaps taken from a higher level, maybe raising the camera a bit higher on a downward tilt in order to capture more of that gorgeous view! But still a photo which will remind you how lucky you were to have a room with this scene from the bedroom! I also admire the right amount of light on the chair / balcony in contrast to the colour of the world outside.

Hello. Are these the original colours in your shot? Those blues and greens fill me with good fealings.
Great job! :O)

Hi Jack,
Nice view indeed! Very lucky! But I have to agree with the critiques, its ashame we dont see more of the view, specially the top of the left mountain!
It looks like you had a great weather too!

I think it would look better with a glass of wine (pinot gris) on the balcony rail...
You sure had a great view Jack - lovely...
We're off to the Sth Island tomorrow and have 2 nights booked at Lake Tekapo - that's the furtherest south we're going. Also staying at Kaikoura, Hamner Springs, and Akaroa.
Cheers
Janice

WOW that is 3D that sky, amazing colour gradations, well photographed Jack

I have to agree with Janice .... only the wine glass missing!!

I will partake of a glass of Marlborough light red with the view thanks Jack. That beautiful clean air that NZ (and Tasmania) is reknowned for. Well composed and lovely natural colours. TFS,
Dave
