Hi Monica,
I love this kind of macro shot . . shows closely the petals . .
I learnt about macro shot, is setting the aperture small (f/11 or 16) to get focus more on the subject.
Since this flower does not move, you may not need to set speed 1/400 . .
I love the color presentation . .
