On the road again...this time in the South Island of NZ, visiting Queenstown, not a great skiing day today. Got up early to take pics. So quiet, so beautiful, so flippin cold.

Hi Karey, welcome back! Did you have a good holiday down at the snow?
What a super photo, excellent POV from under the tree. Very beautifully shown, and I love being able to see the mountains with the snow on them. AWESOME!
Janice

Beautiful photo Karey! The colours, the lighting, the sharpness-all superb!
Well done-worth braving the cold Southland temps!!

Un saludo.

Muy bella vista, la nitidez en toda la imagen y la claridad en todos los planos esta correcta.
Bien por la utilización del flash.
Felicitaciones Karey.
Saludos desde Costa Rica.

Hi Karey, love the mood, composition and colour of your photo. Only critique I can make is: I feel slihtly distracted by the very bright branches in the foreground upper right hand side. Not quite sure why they look so bright, maybe because of flash?. anyway, great photo!!!

Great capture. Beautiful colors and sharpness.
How cold is it?
In Canada, in the winter,
it can get as low as -45C.
So we tend to try to enjoy our summers a lot.
TFS.
Pierre

Hi Karey,
What a beautiful scenery. The dark tone winter colors are beautifully set snow convered mountains. Its a pitty you've used the flash, because it highlighted the brances of the tree a tad too much.

Niek

Breathtaking scenery...I always love the photos of New Zealand..the most beautiful place on earth!

Cheers
Jessica

Hi.

Stunned by its beauty.

Stv

Wow, so surreal! I love all the colors in what may have been a dreary cold place. The composition is great also with the way you placed the tree on the picture.

Thanks for sharing!

Regards,

Pierre

Wow! fantastic view. thanks for sharing this wonderful refreshing view with us. great capture.

Hi Karey

One of many beautiful spots in the South Island. We were there in July. Fantastic shot you have here. Love the compo. Fingerless gloves, scarf, hat and a thick coat are some of the essentials. Thanks for braving the elements. :-)

Lovely shot. nice composition and light. well done. New Zealand must be beautiful.
