In the wintry, snowy South Island of NZ. We have never seen so much snow here, we stop every time we go past (about once every 3 yrs) because it is so pretty. This is the best ever. Somewhere on this lake they have out door ice skating, next time I will try to find it. Thanks for visiting.

Hi Karey, this is a different POV from the usual one from the church. Look at all that snow on those hills and mountains. We did the Sth Is trip one Dec/January, so had no snow at all.
It does look windy and cold, but it is an awesome view. I love the colour of that lake. And the sky is great too.
Thank Karey, it's awesome,
Janice

Love your POV Karey. This picture unfolds so naturally from the tussock in front to the rocks, the lake and then the beautiful snow capped mountains. The side wall and bell tower of the church frame it to perfection. The CPL works well! Well done!!

Hi there!
I see you love your portraits, but I think your best work are your building shots.
This is a brillaint POV and composition. The lovely crisp colours make you almost feel the nip in the air!
Well done!
