Hello Nathan,
the long straight road with a building at the end give the picture a sense of anticipation. Great shot and it really work in B&W.

I like this a lot! The perspective and the trees, and the tiny dark stairs(?) that your eyes are lead to, that have the same triange shape as the tree bases.
