Hello Janice,

Nice to see you posting again.
Your low pov, capturing the rocky pools and shingle, sets the scene nicely. The cool colours and the edge of the surf lead the eyes smoothly and deeper, into the shot. Here, for me, the best feature of the shot, the low clouds fronting the shadowy mountains, adds a feeling of unreality, mystery! A great MOOD shot.

There's a whole lot going on in this shot - from the foreground rocks, to the incoming breaker, the clouds against the mountains and those jetstream clouds ... a very spectacular shot!
Nicely managed levels, colours, and sharpness.

Very well composed frame with good use of horizontal lines. I like the proportions between the fg and the distant layers - it makes the photo very well balanced. Just a window to jump into and enjoy! tfs

Hi Janice,
Those different clouds layers are awesome. They really give the photo a completely different feel. I especially like the lower one giving the mountains some extra attention.
Did you brighten the FG rocks? They looks a little pale and also slightly OOF.

This landscape talks a lot for me!
I like much these atmospheric views on a coastal area.
This one is terrific with the cloudy layers in alternation with the mountains and the bursts of blue sky.
The rocks in foreground draw our attention towards the sea and mountains so effectively. This is a very beautiful composition in blue and white.

Excellent capture of this landscaspe. Intrigue layers of mist showing an mysterious mountainscape. The light is perfect the relative low POV creates a fine view. Excellent exposure using the right aperture of f/10.
