My "H" for the Scavenger Hunt
While at Twin Lakes last week Dawn and I searched for an "H" and we found this one!!
I have placed a close-up of the "H" as a Workshop. From the look of the timber tacked to the two trees, I am surmising that it was placed there to hold the trees steady in the strong winds. But to no avail, because the tree on the left has been broken off...
The trees are Kanuka, tall Tea Tree trees that can grow to massive heights. Manuka is a smaller Tea Tree, and doesn't reach the heights that Kanuka does.
So here's another view of our day at Twin Lakes.

Great Find Jancie..there it was just waiting for you!
Well composed..I didnt know the Kanuka was tall..thanks for passing that info on.
Cheers my friend.
Dawn.
Well seen. I like the height perspective that we get here and the tree still continues.

Hi Janice,
Nicely seen that H and you've captured it very well. I like this composition with the H on the third and then this great branch we follow to lead us in the rest of this photo. Very well done.
