I took this picture on our boat-tour to the hole in the rock in the bay of islands. It had been a lovely day and we saw some dolphins and penguins on our trip and this sailer in the distance.
When I took this picture, the settings of my camera were not good and the original one was blue. I tried to optimize the colours and the brightness and made a framing.
I hope it is not too bad. It would be nice, if you have some hinds for me, how to make it even better. |

Hi Sabrina, I've been on the same trip as you to the Hole in the Rock. Great trip isn't it? And I will be going back there next December too.
You've got a good composition here with the land and the sea and you can still improve the dynamics by putting the horizon on 2/3 of the image. I have done a workshop for you.
I like the ripples of the water in the foreground. The sailing ship looks good too and the rocky headland is interesting.
Well shown, thank you,
Janice
Beautiful composition and saturation/ colours. needs a bit of sharpening

Beautifully composed image with combination of blues i.e. dark in water and light in sky. Sailing a bot on the horrizon looks fabulous.
Thanks for sharing a nice picture.
