This dog is so cute, it actually looks quite similar to my own dog. I love the details of its messy hair, and the sunglasses. It gives the dog a little more unusual appeal with the shades, so your title is perfect.
Good light, to help capture all of the details, good clarity in this shot also. I like the POV you choose and the shot is well composed, I also like your use of the top/bottom framing, it isn't used often here so it is unique. TFS
