[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Good morning everyone...how is your sleep last nite? good? How about a coffee or tea and some muffins for breakfast? :D I like you to join us...come... have some breakfast...:D it will make your day.

This is the result from yesterday post.... I used the basic muffin recipe to make some orange and apple muffin...they taste yummmmmm.....

BASIC MUFFIN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

1¾ cups Self Raising Flour
2-3 tablespoons castor sugar
1 egg lightly beaten
¾ cup milk
4 oz butter, melted
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Vanilla Essence (I put one tea spoon)

METHOD:

Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Into a small bowl, melt butter,
and add milk. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients, and mix. Do Not
over beat.
¾ fill muffin tins.

Bake 400 deg F, or 220 deg C for 10 - 15 minutes, just above middle
of oven.

VARIETIES TO TRY:
*Add spices (mixed spice, cinnamon) and dried or fresh fruit chopped.
*Essences, or lemon or orange juice, and grated peel.
*Sprinkle with brown sugar, and cinnamon mixed together.
*Add dried fruits, e.g. sultanas, currants, chopped apricots.
*Add chopped fresh fruit e.g. apple, banana, apricot, peach, rhubarb.

Beautiful macro, the golden and brown tones of the muffins make a cery pleasant contrast with the white plate and cups. Very nice.

YAMMI!!!! Thank you. Woudl love a muffin. This is a really nice anad inviting shot. Soothing light and i can almost smell teh muffin and the coffe...ops hehe, that was teh coffe on teh stove over here :)

Darn you woman! I saw this photo and now I am sitting with food in front of me while I type. The DOF is great here, the texture, the detail, incredible. I can almost smell, feel, and taste these fruit muffins. Wonderful balance between the white of the plate corner in the immediate foreground and the white mug in the right background. Excellent shot, TFS! You're inspiring the foodie in me!

Be careful with invitiations like that, I'm not that far away you know? Be over like a shot and I take my coffee white, no sugar.

Hello Sweety!

If I ever go to New Zeland , I will need to visit you for sure for a treat. I will forget the calories , and try one of your inviting menues. You are lucky ,I am livoing so far away (^_^).

Another fine shot , that could decorate very well the walls or menue of a restaurant.

Not raw , medium rare , but very well done !
