The sequel to Intimacy.

Here a slightly different zoom - showing a little more of her shoulder and arm - and a slight change in expression creates a different mood. I make no apology for the visible bra-strap, it's almost a fashion mandatory these days and underlines the theme of this shot in my opinion.

Once again, thanks to Kim for her amazing camera presence.

Same lighting setup as the previous shot - reversed so that the grey backdrop cloth was reflected in the mirror.

(This was originally posted as a workshop, but a couple of comments got me thinking ...)

Thoughts, opinions, critiques always welcomed.

Hi Rew!
Very good portrait and very pretty model with attitude .
Daniel

Very nicely done. Good pose & light. It might be good to clone out the edge of the mirror.

hi,
nice portrait, well composed, good framing...
well done
jo

Hi, Rew. I already told you how much I like this one, but I'm saying it again. The way she's glancing off to the side really adds so much to this, because it makes it seem almost that she's two different people. Like you can't really see her right eye in reality -- because it's covered by her hair -- but in the mirror, you can. So those distinguishing factors caused by the different angles are really interesting. I just keep looking back and forth from one face to the other. The composition is really sharp as well and, in fact, it what faciliates the whole play of images and identity. Really cool. -Hugh

Hi Rew,
This a very creative imaging and I like the sharp and perfect skin tone capture of the beautiful young lady here. The way you have composed it, and how Kim is posing, all this is superb.
I am using this sample in a workshop to remove 'distraction' on 'Double Imaging'; and I hope you wont mind.
Regards
David

Lovely creative portrait Rew.
Beautiful skin tones and detail, a great capture.
Regards mark

Honestly I didn't really care about the showing bra strap, it looks nice and bright against her dark skin anyway ;). Really clear and sharp, I like the composition and the way her arm is raised in the background. It's interesting because while the overall pose and expression is sensual, it's almost kind of tough and confident too. I really like how you can see every detail on the skin, hair, and bra strap, it makes it so up-close and real. Hats off to you for not airbrushing or touching up. She looks lovely and sensual this way!

Hello pareng Rew! I think the concept of this picture is very good. I had a similar one in my files, but this one is definitely better. Your lighting is superb. The skin tone is true. I also like how you composed your framing for this one. Galing pare!

Regards,

Pierre

Hello Rew

Another good shot of girl's. Good compostion, lighting. Very well taken, i m not agree with "Sensuality",her emotions is not feeling of "Sensuality", Lips are really looking great but the way she is looking is not good, i mean her eyes' reaction.

thanks

rajiv

Hi Rew,

realy great pic. Asian girls are always a bit myterious and you caught that well.
Over here in Germany the winter is slowly fading and the light is comming back.
And time for new pics...

But for models like this, I have to travel a long way...

But just a good camera and a good model do not make a picture...There is something else which you have !

Hi Rew, I didn't realise before that you have only one girl here with a mirror! It is well done, and Kim's expression that you have captured is great. Thanks Rew,
Janice

Well photograph - love those eyes and the skin tones are very natural...
Lovely!!! ( she looks filipina as well) :)

Hi Rew,
Another portrait of you with creative style. Nice composition and POV. Sharpness and Smoothness.

Vu

a stunning girl to capture, I like the lines created by the eyes, one straight at the lens and one looking out of the pic. I still like the closer crop because I dont think the background really adds.

VEry good portrait. Looks like she shows two different expressions at same time. One in mirror and one real.

Fine human study

Hello Rew
I congratulate to you.
A great taking, flood of color, light and beauty. The position of the model with relation to the mirror, has been ideal.
Its own style has impregnated him. The clearness is superb, where the minimum detail can be appreciated.

wow. great model. i like your placement...good work!

This one is good! :)) I like mirror reflection and difference in eye contact that this setup makes... Probably will be interesting to shot few shots from tripod and makes some montage in photoshop to go for different moods in live and in mirror...this could be funny :) What I see as little problem here is light part uder her face in real part of picture...maybe it will be better if you put there some dark material so it will better balance light through photo... If you darken this part ther you will have more impact on eyes because it pulls little attention from main motive because this is most white part of image and light tend to capture attention... You could do this darkening in photoshop also and you will see what difference is...

nice to see that ur girlfriend ?? likes to be on pictures. at least you have many pics of the same girl ! well mine doesnt like to be on pics and when she is, its hard to make her smile :) !

daniel

ps. but i have one in tl of her ( also asian girl )

Most of it is written
I just like it a lot
