I shot this image with a canon 20D
The colour of the sky is as it was,one of the most colourful I have seen.It only lasted a short time,an hour later and it was pouring with rain,by the end of the day there was a lot flooding in the Grey valley.

Hi Russell
Good work! Yep those rare sunsets are worth capturing, aren't they? Beautiful colours well caught, good composition too - the slight purple of the distant mountainside is a perfect detail.
