The sea at Castlepoint today was very rough. THis didn't deter a few hardy fishermen (and fisherwomen) from throwing out their lines for the chance of a great catch. Many suceeded!

Hardy fisher-people - maybe they are. But how many have been drowned at that place Martyn?
Good pic apart from your crooked horizon:(((
The colours look good. This is a place I have never visited - and I would like to one day...
Cheers
Janice

Good capture Martyn! The saturation - of the rocks, sea, and sky - is excellent and the composition works well. Call me picky but that skewed horizon bothers me, but then maybe we're all just anal about that kind of stuff now.

Hello Martyn.
Great looking picture with good compo of the wild looking rocks.
Hopefully Janice dont come along.
She will blame you for the slooping horizon of the sea. haha
Greetings from Jan
oeps, Just see, Janice was waiting for. hahahhaah

Hi Martyn,

This is the best spot for fishing . . I had experience of having fun with lots of fishes after casting ini this kind area . .
You did great capturing and composing it from the middle part . .
I like the low level of capturing it . .

Well done

Tfs,

Nice dramatic picture. Very sharp throughout. Well composed & nice tones of Blue/green.

Agree with the comments re the sloping horizon. Would be worth straightening.

Hi Martyn:
Amazing composition, angle and sharpness...
I like how you have stoped the waves.
