Hi Pete

Impressive macro shot. Vibrant colours and sharp detail.

You'll have plenty of fun with your new lens. TFS.

It's a wonderful flower portrait Pete, and the lighting and colours are so pretty!
With the macro lens, are you aiming for sharpness or closeness? I'm asking this as I've just bought a Sigma 105 lens. I found the 50mm wasn't sharp enough.
I like the softer close-up look here.

Hi Peter,

It's a superb macro shot . .
With macro lens, you have lots opportunities to capture the beauty . .
This is one of them . .
Great shot my friend

Very nice Pete, the colours are strong, and the lens of this quality made for a sharp image, you didn't say wether you used a tripod.
