Hi Renier
The fence posts & rails provide good lead in lines & linear perspective in this superb b&w image. Excellent sharpness & tonal range. Tfs!

Hello Renier,
What catches my eyes is the strong effective lead-in!
A fine composition of this well rendered black and white conversion...
Sharp fine details and the moment is well seen and captured!

Hello Renier,
I laughed out loud when I saw this!
It looks as if the infant has whizzed the bear out of the pram!
The photograph is good in its own right but what a great addition!
kind regards,
Bev :-)

Well seen and great timing with this teddy-bear kite in view...

Wonderful classic composition!
It is too hard to pull the baby by sand!

Nicely observed and well captured, the composition is good for this shot. Nice use of the natural lead-in of the sandy track - such a typical Christchurch-beaches view!
I like how you've avoided the temptation to use selective saturation on the bear, or any other gimmick for this.

hello renier,
I like the way the sandy path leads the eye through the picture to the mother and then on to the teddy. Nice B & W treatment. Coincidentally, kites seem to in my mind just now as I have read two books, The Kite Runner (just made into a film) & The Kite Rider.

PS thanks for commenting on my Two Wheels shot.

You have series of perspective shots, Renier. And this one has its own great interest. I liked how the perspective draw my attention to the mummy with her baby and then further to the giant kite of Teddy Bear. Very interesting shot, well rendered in great black tones. Well done, mate.
Regards,
Ramdan.

Excellent, Renier, suddenly I discover a totally different genre of photography - I only new beautiful landscapes on TE and again, very happy to see people ! Here, in a funny situation... Great photo, really !
Looking forward to see more...
Best regards,
Cath.
Hi Renier,
This really is a fun capture with the flying teddy.
Must have been quite a job for mum to pull the pram uphill.
Is there a reason you have all B&W pictures in your portfolio? I know it gives a more artistic feel, but I was just wondering.
TFS

This is so cute, Renier! Love the desaturated tone, it's almost halfway of B&W and sepia. Your POV gives a very interesting perspective.
Cheers!
Freddie :)
