Hi folks,

Greetings from NZ...:D Hope your morning is as good as mine.

Well... today I am going to share this with you that I took during the Easter, yeah, you guess it right, my baking and more baking coming. As we all know, for a lot of kids, Easter is all about Easter Eggs.. I suppose when the supermarket is displaying all the chocolate eggs, bunnys and so on are no help at all. Can't fight with them so I join them too... lol...

Trust me, if you are not into SWEET!!! Don't try this at home! It is really RICH!!!

Sweety's Triple Choc-chips muffins

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup of butter (melt)
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 of Cocoa powder
- 1 3/4 cup of self raising flour
- 100g of choc-chip
- 24 white chocolate buttons
- 24 dark chocolate buttons
- 24 milk chocolate buttons

Preparation

Siff and put Cocoa powder, self-raising flour, sugar and salt into a bigger bowl then make a well. In another smaller bowl, put butter, milk and eggs and mixed them well then pour them into the well in the bigger bowl, fold them gently, 1/2 way through, pour in the 100gs of choc-chip and fold them again till everything mixed well.

Set your oven to 180c degree, get ready 12 muffins tin tray, spoon 1/3 of batter into the tin, place white, dark and milk chocolate button each in the middle, then spoon another 1/3 of the batter on top to cover the chocolates. On top of 2/3 of mix batter, place another white, dark and milk chocolate button each to garnish the muffins

Bake it for 15-20mins depend on different oven.

You can always sprinkle more cocoa powder when serving if you like.

Thank you all for viewing, we really enjoy this muffin, I suppose once in a year, we should allow ourself to EAT wild! :P Have a wonderful day!

Hi Sweety..
Your BG is so HIGH tech.. I just don't think I can top that one! ;)

WOW the DOF here is really strong.. the focus on the 1st cupcake.. looks like I could reach right in and take one! But that would not be good... trying to drop a few extra lbs before vacation! But thank you for this virtual snack!
