In Māori-- Tama Onepū----English-- Sand Boy
(Tama=Boy Onepū=Sand)
I am studying the Māori language, so try to incorporate some of this into my photos.
This tama/boy was watching the other children play in the sand/onepū, so I decided to take a photo.
I had to resize for TL and added frame, plus colour and contrast correction due to too much shadow on the boys/tama face and the sand/onepū is over exposed.
Thank you for view, critiques welcome.

Hi Tracey
You have got a wonderful capture here and you have done a great job with PP. The main focus of the picture is his face I would like to see this cropped a lot to put all the emphasis on his face. While the sand and yellow chair give a sense of 'place' I think you will get a much stronger picture with cropping (especially the left side and maybe the top). I wish I knew how to do a workshop!!
Cheers
