Foggy Morning in Raglan

This is another of the photos I took at Raglan last week when I woke up to a foggy day.

This is the walk bridge that links Raglan Town centre, on the left, to the Raglan Holiday Park which is situated on a peninsula in the Raglan Harbour and almost entirely surrounded by water. From the holiday camp it is just a short walk across the bridge and you are in town.

Raglan, only half an hour from Hamilton, is a popular destination for both holidaymakers and people looking for a more relaxed way of life. This quaint and laid back coastal town is home to a colourful community with many resident artists and musicians.

Plus the surfers!! Raglan is well known as a world class surfing destination.

See the fog is lifting on the hills on the other side of the harbour.

Fogs usually give a very nice mood to a picture and so does here. Very nice clarity Janice, and really calm scene

Excelent photo. It has all atributes of a good photo. The motvie is great, the landscape is beautifull, great contrast of nature and briddge, and great reflection. In addition beatifull capture of the fog, which add excellent atmosphere. TFS

A very 'good morning' picture.
With the fogon the slopes and the reflections in the water makes that a very atractive picture.
