Ok Folks...

This is an old photo in my collection that I posted the original a long time ago, but thought I just do some pp work with it, don't asked me why I take a shot of the garlic.... I suppose that time I am nut case...lol, taking photos of everything and anything...

Place garlic on an A4 white paper and place them both near to my kitchen windows. natural lighting...take a close-up shot and that's it. but what do you think? any suggestion?

So, does this mean it will attract vampires and not scare them away? It almost looks like a positive. Great lighting and a well-seen and captured image. Paul.

Hi Sweety,
Interesting technique ... this 'negative' processing certainly is a useful way to enhance a B&W conversion. Well captured and composed ... image details and contrast are very good. Excellent work! tfs

Hi Puffy,
Brilliant clarity to this very effectiv b&w presentation of this common pungent vegetable. Wonderful details lines seen in this fine lighting.
Regards, Tom

Excellent PP work Sweety. Very good detail and well converted. With all the food you keep showing I am becoming convinced you are expecting. TFS,
David

Hi Sweety,

Why not a gralic, love garlic, but have both to eat it otherwise it is not very nice for the partner.
I have only one suggestion, I would have cropped the picture just underneath the garlic - the positive shadow maybe is too much negative space ^-^.
The lines and textures of the garlic come out great in this B&W negative.

Have a lovely weekend,
Els
