[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
~~ here is my contribution for this week theme.

I am not a still life photogapher so even if it sounded easy, it was quite hard for me to figure what to do, but I wont give up on a challenge!! ;)

Then I remembered a french add about Kiwis with France in the middle of the fruit, so I thought I would try to create something similar! Its nowhere as nice as i wanted it to be, but I used the liquify tool to create NZ's south and north island, and that wasnt easy!

any suggestion or comments welcome!

Wow, Lu - this must have taken some real work, but it paid off! Great effect, electric colors, nice choice of the textured background material. Very well done.

Wow - you did a terrific job! I agree with Pete, not an easy task to do! And the base shot, too, is very good, I wouldn't know how to do it!

Only critique is that I would watch the shadow and you forgot Steward Island

Hi Lu,

I had the same problem - still life/fruit - all new for me, that is why this theme works great - it pushes you to do something different.
Must say I like your different North and South Island golden kiwi's - they are without a doubt my favourite lunchtime fruit!

Don't sound in the least disappointed because what you have done herre is excellent!
I can't suggest a way of doing it better ... and I don't think it needs it!

It is always so satisfying when a problem has been overcome satisfactorily. I think Helen's themes are creating wonderful inventiveness!

Yes, it's very nice fruit . . My wife never eats kiwi, but since I told her about the sweetness and smoothness of the fruit, she enjoy eating it now . .
