Gorgeous capture! Good choice for the purple filter. I especially like the silhouettes of both men ánd the waves. Superb reflections and framing. (The horizon tilts a bit down to the left)

Hello LuDivine, the silhouettes and reflections are great of your 2 men.
The bright sunlight lights the scene up perfectly and I do like the purple filter (but not the frame).

And I'm pleased the gumboots can still be used on the beach now they're of no use in the cowshed any more.

Bonjour LuDivine,
J'aime le côté conceptuel de ta photo. Il y a des milliers de "photos de plage" sur TL, mais celle-ci a quelque chose de transcendant. Il ne s'agit pas d'une conversation, mais de LA conversation (entre hommes ;o)). Le traitement des couleurs, les contrastes très forts et l'approche minimaliste y sont sûrement pour quelque chose...
Du beau travail...

une photo particulierement touchante. le contre jour et la reflection du personnage est tres bien vu. juste un petit bemol sur le cadres, je preferes personellement les cadres simples, mais c'est une question de gout ;)

A fine impression of a moment between father and son. Their way of 'talking' makes me smile, it is so sweet. You captured the body language in a fine silhouetted way. The dimension of their reflections enriches the photo. Well seen and caught. TFS! Cordelia :)

Very good capture, the silhouettes are tremendous and the reflection on the water plus the shimmering sea, make a beautiful image. The only thing I am not crazy about is the frame, to me it is distracting

Good B&W shot - strong silhouettes of the people and great reflections in the sand. Border is a little distracting and doesn't really add a great deal to that is a very striking picture.
