Hi Sweety - great composition, good with the very narrow DOF - works very well. I must say though that I find the blue and yellow in the background a bit distracting, they draw the eye away from the main subject. Just my preference I guess.

I want to reach up to my screen and grab one for breakfast! Nice shot of the simple, unadorned cupcake, and they look wonderful. I like the background as it gives a splash of color to your cupcakes.

hmm a nice tasty looking shot here, I like how you composed this with half a cake each side and I have to say I like the blue and yellow kitchen objects in the BG as for me it gives an added depth.

I swear you're going to make me gain a lot of weight! :))) Every time I look at your postings I get hungry instantly, and I never crave sweet stuff, except for when seeing your cakes and muffins and all the wonderful things you do. I'm sure you food shot helped Linda through her "bump" in the road Sweety. Cow girls, especially this one, are tough.

Nice use of DOF as these cupcakes move into the distance. "sweet" clarity to boot.
