Cox's Bay - the tide is in

I have often taken photos of this place when the tide is out - and the mudflats go a long way out. The boats usually have to sit on the mud at low tide.

But on this day, the tide is in, and the grey sky gives quite a silver look to to the waters.

I like how the boats and the trees, etc., are reflecting on the waters too.

Alo Janice,
Beautiful landscape view in cloudy sky makes a moody presentation.. Feels so calm, quite and a little bit blue..

Looks nice when the tides in. These boats are actually qite a way from where you wre standing.

Nice panorama looking to Te Atatu North. Reflections of the masts area great

I like this!
The good composition coupled with the panoramic format give a pleasing impression. Lovely balance of boats and land.
The silvery grey unites the shot.

I hope you will not be offended but I find it reminds me of the work of Refugee (David Gumprich) who used to photograph from Tasmania.
