Under a natural umbrella i feel secure agains the big drops of water. The colors are a pleasure to my eyes. I can even find food. Well... Life is good!

Excellent colours, Dawn. Great sharpness too, especially at 1/30. I'd have cropped some more from the left, to avoid the weird -IMO a bit disturbing - black spot near the lower left frame. This is my usual nit-pick, of course ;o). TFS.

Very beautiful POV on this beautiful flower, Dawn. I agree with a few of the other people that it would be perfect without the tiny black spot on the left side. Otherwise, the colours, light & background are superb. Excellent!

Wow, very nice, great colors.
The orange is nice and soft, would not sharpen that at all. Did you really have an exposure of 30 seconds?

Dawn,
If I were going to photoshop a picture, this wouldn't be it. This is nearly PERFECT! The colors, composition and textures are perfect.
I like the black background and the white hairlike texture on the stem gives it great contrasts. I don't know how I missed this one in your gallery. This is a very wonderful post. This is what makes Trek Lens great.

This is so beautiful! Great composition, very real colors. The only nitpick is an overexposed spot in the right bottom of this flower.
