This one is dedicated to all the Kiwis who lives on this beautiful piece of land, AOTEAROA!

Lyttelton harbour is an inlet of Banks Peninsula and is surrounded by steep hills formed from the sides of an extinct volcanic crater.
A home for Māori for about 1000 years, Lyttelton, or Te whaka raupo was discovered by European settlers in 1770 during the Endeavour's first voyage to New Zealand.

PP: Scanned from paper then 2 photos were stitched together. I used levels and exposure balance to get the best out of it :))
I hope you like it!

This is a nice panoramic view from NZ Tom, it seems that the photo was taken in autumn, only a guess because of the warm colours on land, a larger post would have provided more detail, stitching is not noticeable at all, well done

Ohhhh thats me... thank you for the dedication Tom...long time no see on here, so nice to see you.

And what a beautiful photo you have uploaded, so beautifully sharp and wonderful colours of our land..AOTEAROA.

Actually I was just right there in September, driving over the hills to this lovely harbour.

Thanks for sharing Tom, and hope to see more of your work soon.

Kindest of Regards to you
Dawn.

You did an excellent job - it took me a really long time to find where they were stitched. The scenery is amazing.

P.S. I am upgrading my forecast to 4 years instead of 10. :)

Hello ToM. So good to see you. And you still remember Aotearoa?
And what a lovely landscape you have to show us too. My father used to sail out of Lyttleton.
Nice and sharp picture, well composed from way up high. And good sewing too my friend,

I can practically smell the fresh air from up there! Such a beautiful view, and I like the typical panorama effect here- typical but still lovely. I like the way the water lays there, being surrounded by those nice earthy curves. A nice little harbour fills in a human touch, but it doesn't remove anything from the beauty of the nature within the image. Very well done Tom! And I can't notice any stitching, so you must have done a good job of it. :)

Biance.
