[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo was taken on a travel around chch.
I have twisted a picture and then cut around then pasted on the picture.
I have then over layed another picture on top.

It took me ages to get all the items together and then the border.

Great job with the post processing. It does look like one could go through the "bullseye" to another place. I also think the circle could fill the entire frame and have another effect. I bet it would look nice in black and white too.
