This is a picture from the "Pucará de Tilcara" in the "Quebrada de Humahuaca" (Unesco World Heritage) in the argentinian province of Jujuy, on the northwest of the country. In this pic you can see this strange figure made by this particular cactus on this cactus field with the Quebrada´s mountains on the back. To me this figure seems like a mother and her doughter with the sun rays behind. You can interpretate it yourself and tell me what you see.

Well seen and well presented. On the thumbnail it appeared to be a real couple, but the surprise came when I opened it.
Great.
Groet,
Joop.
I thought it was a photo of a couple in an embrace in the thumbnail so what a surprise to open it and find a giant sticky cactus instead!!!!! I agree with your interpretation...it could be mother and dauther or any couple.
Well seen here and I like the colors with the cactus as silhouettes outlined by the sun....:O)
beautiful :]:]
Hi Alejandro,
it´s a pity we don´t have cactuses in Slovakia :(...I have some at home, but well, they are about 5 to 10 centimetres...I like this shot very much, wonderful shaprness and amazing place!
