There is potential in your work. The composition here is good, she is placed off-centre, she is wholly within the frame, and her pose is natural, tidy, and tight.

I think you were too close to her for this shot. There is some evidence of distortion - her knee/legs appear too large in proportion to her head, which is a consequence of "wide angle" - if you were further away and used more zoom you would not have this problem.

The light is ok but the strong highlights on her forehead and knee suggest that you may have used flash. If you can, redirect the flash to 'bounce' off the ceiling or a wall, so that there are less glaring highlights.

Be aware also of potential distractions, and remove them if you can. It would be easy to erase that telephone point from the left of the frame!
