This was taken in the museum Casa de la Moneda (literally; house of coins) in Potosi, arguably the best museum in South America. It is about the history of South America, Bolivia and Potosi.
This boy was just hanging out together with some of his friends watching the tourists as we watched them...
(bought myself a hat just like that. I thought it looked great!)

Great shot the crop i s abit tight but great , la casa de la moneda is a great visit, did you make your coin?
