Hi

Laguna Colorada on clear windless morning.
To stand there at the shore after an extremely cold night was so intense. I thought it was one of the most peaceful places I had ever been to. But at the same time there is an apocalyptic atmosphere about Laguna Colorada with its bloodred colour and dry land all around. It was utterly silent at the time except for an occasional call of a flamingo and the crunches of volcanic pebbles beneath my boots.

Beautifull, your photo and explanation is great, I loved that place when I was there , I was amazed with the idea of being able to see so many flamingos, and such a beauty.
Hope to go back some day It was the best trip of my life. Bolivia is amazing as well as Peru.
