Hi Erika, welcome to TrekLens! Very good idea for a shot and I like the subject used. The tight horizontal cropping is a great idea and lets the peppers fill up the space so that we focus on them. Good detail and clarity. I will recommend a few things though: try not to crop subjects partially, or have them touching the edge of a photo, because that breaks the continuity of the composition. Also, try to meter the shot (adjusting the exposure) so that it is not too too bright, because the rims or edges of the white containers, as well as the upper right corner, are becoming a bit overexposed, and thus distracting. I am going to do a workshop on this photo to show you a few of the things I mean, hope you will like it!

Seja Bem-vinda ao TL, para começar nada do que nossas iguarias. Belíssimo visual destas pimentas, grande tiro aqui!
Vai se habituando as criticas e workshop, pois assim é que a gente vai entendendo e aprendendo um pouco de fotografia.

Mas não liga não, manda ver e esperamos estas fotos que Nivaldo falou do Mangal das Garças, pois eu não conheço o Norte de meu país, e espero conhecer com voces.
