Unfortunately I don't think you've chosen the best lighting conditions for this shot - the tree is very dark and the contrast is very flat throughout the picture. I'd also suggest cropping out the angled horizon in the background. One of those shots to try at a different time of day when the lighting is more favourable.

Hi Antonio,
I agree with what Mark said about the contrast and the crooked horizon at the top of the picture. You've chosen a good POV but unfortunately having the sun behind the tree makes the trunk too dark.
