Your neice is pretty but the photo should be better. Focus seems to be on the coconuts rather than her face - her eyes should be the focal point. Having the tree directly behind her is a bit of a distraction also. Get the composition and focus right, and you can then think about cropping it to have more of her, and less of her surroundings. Hope to see more from you!
