I like the great sharpness and POV (eye-to-eye contact) in the shot. The B/W version works well here and the black framing, serves a great combination though.

Oh dear. This deserves an emphatic WOW Sergio. A supremely delightful macro. Focus on the compound eyes and antennae is exact. The square-like stance of the front and hind legs is most interesting. The b&w conversion enhances my sort of 'creepy' impression. Best regards.

L’image est parfaitement adaptée au noir et blanc.

this is a very dramatic shot showing the feautre of a fly.
Excellent balance and symmetrical view. I like the details of the face. So hairy and a bit weird too.

That's an interesting close-up. I like the B&W approach, B&W shade are very well controled. Good sharpness, good POV, good framing. It is cropped a little bit tight, but I know these small creature are not easy to shoot and you don't often have a second chance so, better a first shot about as we want, than a perfect shot we missed each time because we are never ready to shoot. Splendid macro image and TFS.
