While we were at the boat station to change to a smaller boat to go through Lake January and the rain forest, I saw these two kids behind the wood slat fence of their floating home. They were very curious and smiling at us. I approached them and tried to talk to them but I got no answer. My wife took her chocolate and gave it to them. A bigger smile registered on the big brother's face. I heard him say a word that sound like, "Obrigado". He hastily removed the chocolte wrapper and shared the chocolate with his small brother. I used an electronic flash to get some light into their faces.

Great snapshot, Andre'! Nice that you got the two faces well framed by the fence, especially the little one. TFS!

I like the textures..and the framing too.!
Regards, Daniel
hahahah that is one way to keep kids out of the way, they look happy , probably playing hide and seek with you behind the slats.
Christine.
