This type of photography could be fun, you have sparked a new interest for me. If only we had a discrete park to go spy at....
You captured the scene well and it does look paparazzi like. B/W works well with the intimacy of the shot. To be young enough again to find fulfilment like the youth today...
With the little bit of vegetation in the fg it gives a little more secrecy to the shot, the lighting lends to the incimacy of the shot. It is as if they are up on a stage with the spotlight on them.

They're a really good looking couple, and the pose and dof is wonderful. The intrusion of a bit of foreground greenery does add that slightly intriguing 'voyeuristic' element.
