Its good, but Because of the brown wood framing the brown skin the image loses its impact, If, say, a yellow cloth were around her head to separate the similar colors then it would be a very good image.
You may try to convert this to B&W then lighten up her face a bit.

A nice genuine smile you've captured here, though I find the framing more distracting than contributing. It's like half-way between an environmental portrait and a straight-on portrait. Though I see your tendency here was towards portrait in which case you should concentrate your framing solely around the subject. Rules can be broken, but be sure they're being broken for good reason as the dead space to her left adds nothing to the picture. Now if there was something there that might tell us more about this charming girl then by all means include it. Brasilians are so photogenic either way and her smile carries the picture.
