Hi Marcello,
A nice portrait of a pretty girl.
I think I would clone stamp out the bit in the BG that seems to be dangling from her armpit though!
Also the two black blobs by her knee.
Regards
Peter.

Good effort Marcello. Shots like this are difficult indeed.
I did notice that you rejected Graffer's suggestions so I won't bother you with any of that.

Ok, you asked for it - so here are my thoughts.
You have a beautiful model to work with, and that's a great top she's wearing! However I think this portrait could be much better.
Your choice of background is not good - the white bricks are harsh to the eye, they show her shadow (from the camera flash) and the red beam intersecting her head at the top of the frame is a real intrusion into the shot.
Her pose also feels unnatural, like she is just standing there for your photograph. It would be better if she looked more relaxed - perhaps if she had her back against that white post, looking over her shoulder at the camera? Or was leaning against the post in some way?
Her placement in the frame and the crop of the photo is a little awkward too. It would be better if she was more to the left, or more to the right - and cutting the shot just below her knees feels 'indecisive.' Is it a half-body photo, or a full-body photo?
I'm sorry to be so harsh - I've seen your gallery and you have many beautiful photos there; your friend here is very photogenic and I'm sure the two of you can produce some excellent photographs.
regards
