Well Alejandro, I think you got the idea pretty well. It's a nice picture but I would love it if the focus where on the hand, in the foreground and most important part of the photo here.
The face can either be in focus too (depth of field, tilt) or blurred. I'd go for blured. One point for compositiona and idea.
Berkut

Could be good photo, but there are some issues making it discussable. Good crop on top pushing you down to main object - the hands. But they are cut off at the bottom, not sharp and too dark which gives them secondary importance only. I thing this would be very good photo if not these issues.
