I would like to share with you
an image of
the Aconcagua valley in Chile
where I lived from 1969 till 1973.
Beyond the "alemeda" or single row
of poplar now stands the Mining Camp
of Saladillo. This photograph was taken
by my father in the early 60s.
Me gustaria compartir con Uds. una imagen de las antiguas Termas de Saladillo y sus ilustres montanas, Rio Aconcagua, los cactus y la alameda, la parcela fue convertido en un campamento minero por la ya no existente empresa norte- americana Cerro de Pasco, ahora propiedad de Codelco. Esta foto fue tomada al principio de los anos sesenta por mi Papa. |
