Hi Sky,
When I saw the title, I thought Vina del Mar in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. But this is beautiful. Nice sky colors, lovely beach/water setting and the hotels/condos add to this scene.

Hello Sky!

I like the composition here , The sidewalk leading our eye to the hotel, and condominums on the hill. Then our eye is naturally coing back to the foreground following the rocky beach.

A small rotation of your image to correct the horizon , and pedestrians a little more closer to you would make it even better. Just a thought.
