[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French]
In the desert of Atacama there are little oasis or simply some points of water underground. This allow a special vegetation to grow up: 'pimientos and algarrobos'. This tree on the photograph is a 'Pimiento' that took the form of a 'Japanese Hen'. In Chile a Japanese hen is a hen that have the neck nude of leathers :)

J'aime cette photo pour sa douceur et la chaleur de ses tons. Personnellement, j'aurais décentré un peu plus "la poule japonnaise" mais ce n'est que mon avis!

Hi Jose,
Nice shot. Nice depiction of a 'Japanese Hen'. Even though the main feature looks lonely but I can still feel the life struggling out from the tree. Thanks for sharing it.

Belle couleur dans cette région et cet arbre poule japonaise est du plus bel effet, elle a déjà réuni autour d'elle des plantes pour en faire son nid.
